Develops solution architecture(SA) and resolves complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support and project supervision.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Designing (SA) in large or complex programs, including system and application designs, software and technical architecture, in accordance with strategies and objectives.
Providing expertise for the (SA) team and other IT staff on a variety of issues in software designs, system architecture and solution-oriented technologies.
Communicating with clients and analyses business requirements and processes; making recommendations, and leading in shaping future plans in (SA).
Overseeing (SA) project outcomes, including hardware and software design; ensuring that each project phase meets overall requirements.

Leads and collaborates with teams on analysis, design, development, and testing of computer programs and / or application components in support of business solutions within an Agile framework
5 or more years working with SunGard’s Omni DC (OmniPlus) Recordkeeping System
5 or more years working in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the Defined Contribution Industry
5 or more years integrating with Omni DC, including report strings and standard output files
Proficiency with Omni DC transaction and batch processing
Ability to analyze functional needs and drive the design for positive business outcomes; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards
Proficiency with Omni Adminweb
Proficiency in developing with OmniScript and/or COBOL within a mainframe environment
Proficiency working with Unix or Linux versions of Omni DC
Proficiency with Omni DC core code modules
Proficiency with OmniVBA development
Proficiency with OmniAPI (Omni Connect) and Transaction Modeling
Proficiency with mainframe DB2
Proficiency with OmniPay and payment processes
Proficiency with OmniTrade and trading platforms
Considerable testing experience with Omni DC
Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes
Ability to work with multiple business and IT partners in a production support and/or development role
Detailed oriented and collaborative
Base Pay Range: $102,000/yr. - $170,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
