Leads the organizational product management function to accomplish organizational objectives on digital transformation of products and services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Defining and creating digital strategies on products design and development; overseeing the implementation of product portfolio across multi organizational functions.
Creating an innovative cultures to foster continuously optimization and innovation on products and services.
Collaborating with multi-functional teams, such as engineering, UX design, data analytics to ensure product delivery utilizing Agile methodology.
Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders to verify the roadmap of product design and development; facilitating sales excellence in digital products and services.

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAAâs family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties.Â Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role can be located on our TIAA office in Boston, MA, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ and Denver, COÂ will be currently remote.
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for components and areas of the digital experience across web and mobile.Â The primary responsibility for this role is to improve and optimize the digital experience for TIAA's investment research, market data, education, and comparison of their plan investments.Â An experience with retirement plan products, the regulatory requirements around display of the research, and the use of research in investment selection and investment allocation is necessary.Â This role bridges the institutional workplace savings and retail brokerage and retirement businesses as well as internal and client facing digital platforms.Â
As part of developing the strategy for these interactions, the candidate will need to create client journey maps, and identify gaps, issues, friction in the experience that helps or hinders a user experience.Â The candidate will need to wear many hats and be able to project manage, design, architect, communicate, measure, and deliver a digital product that will delight the client, and move the experience forward.
Considering business partner input, competitive analysis, and customer testing, the candidate will help to coordinate and own requirements, design creation, testing, metrics, implementation, and maintenance of the effort and will become the SME on investment research online.Â They will be a strong client advocate and will strive to understand the specific segments, use cases, and needs of those clients in order to facilitate their digital experience.
