Digital Experience Sr Associate

To that end, we’re seeking a UX Research Sr Associate to join our team. As a UX Researcher Sr. Associate, you will utilize usability tools and qualitative research methods to provide actionable insights that drive future design improvements. You will work to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of web sites and applications in collaboration with requirements, fellow researchers, designers, content specialists and front-end developers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage all phases of the research, strategy and design process from framing the right problem to solve, using mix methods research methods to understand research objective.
Display understanding of what problem the team is trying to solve and can align end-customer research activities to ensure research contributes to informed decision-making and implications for product team.
Construct simple to complex research plans to achieve research objectives, lead and conduct generative and evaluative research methods.
Ensure research outcomes and artifacts are captured for future reference and insights are communicated to respective stakeholders and team.
Apply critical thinking skills to analyze and synthesize findings without bias, recognizing patterns and themes that are formulated into complete and compelling stories that articulate insights and implications. Integrates knowledge of cultural nuances and trends.
Contribute to the development of research best practices and be open to learning new skills.
Contribute to prioritization of research efforts across a product area and advocate for appropriate allocation.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
** Travel may be required up to 25% to Charlotte.
- 3 or more years of professional experience in product research and/or usability research, preferably supporting a design team for a commercial B2B, B2C, SaaS or mobile product experience.
Ability to tell a clear and consistent story from research findings and implications for the business.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational and project management skills are essential.
Demonstrated success working in a matrix structure.
Demonstrated ability to lead, advocate, develop and enhance business relationships.
Base Pay Range: $88,500/yr. - $147,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
