TIAA Head of IAM Operations in Broomfield, Colorado
The Head of IAM Operations leads a team of professionals who analyze, design, and implement Identity and Access management security controls within the organization's technology deployment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Leads the design of security models, access reviews and delivers security configuration of provisioning, de-provisioning, and technology platforms.
Fosters partnerships with TIAA’s lifecycle management strategy in coordination with enterprise partners
Creates plans to proactively close security gaps and provides strategy to build upon the existing information security infrastructure.
Provide security models to ensure adherence to identity and access management standards.
Partners to creates IAM architecture designs to deliver services to technology teams, relying on best practices as they align to security controls.

Required Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in IT Security role(s)
8 or more years of experience delivering security solutions to enterprises
3 or more years of leadership experience
Experience with security standards and frameworks such as NIST and CORBIT
Experience with Identity and Access Management concepts, architectures, and commercial solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SailPoint Cloud Identity Services
Experience with Active Directory both on-premise and Azure
Experience with RACF mainframe security
Potential Salary: $208,162.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
