Lead Business Systems Analyst
The Lead Business System Analyst oversees the analysis of business and information needs in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working with limited oversight, this job reviews that designed system solutions are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. This job is responsible for managing large projects and processes, while also coordinating efforts among the Business Systems team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Lead focus to onboard L1 Production Support Services.
Develop reporting that identifies opportunities for efficiency and automation.
Support effort to consolidate L1 production support functions.
Automate start of business reporting.
Extend batch reporting and improve transparency.
Work to automate health checks, eliminating manual effort.
Stand up capacity threshold warning.
Work closely with leadership to develop a self-service engagement model for production support services.
Automate and orchestrate response to routine monitoring events and issues.
Identify areas for optimization and formulate remediation plans.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization using Tableau BI software
1+ years of experience with designing and writ complex SQL queries
Experience with Python and or Powershell scripting ability.
Expertise with event management and logging tools such as Splunk
Expertise with endpoint management platforms, such as BigFix and Ansible
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Proficient analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills. Demonstrated capacity for gathering and analyzing data to identify issues, opportunities, and patterns.
Experience working in an infrastructure/production support environment and understanding of infrastructure concepts (including cloud computing), and computer operating systems.
Potential Salary: $135,100.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
