TIAA Sr. Network Engineer & Cloud Engineer in Broomfield, Colorado

At TIAA, network and cloud engineering are the engine that propels our business forward, with reliable and well-managed networks and cloud-based solutions being a critical component in achieving our overall strategy. We are fully committed to delivering a world-class IT infrastructure strategy and are now looking for experienced Cloud Engineers and Network Engineers to spearhead this journey along with our senior stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work across our enterprise supporting operational initiatives. These opportunities could be in various areas of our Global Infrastructure Services organization. This organization is responsible for transforming TIAA’s infrastructure to improve stability and scalability, cloud-first platforms, automation of industry products and hybrid workplace solutions.

Please note that these positions could potentially be in Charlotte, NC; Iselin, NJ; Jacksonville, FL; Chicago IL; Broomfield, CO or Denver, CO.

Potential Qualifications of a Successful Candidate

Network Engineer:

Proven hands-on network engineering experience such as Cisco ACI, firewalls, zScaler and other related data center network services, including routing, switching and segmentation. Possess a deep understanding of networking protocols, ability to perform monitoring, network diagnostic and use various tools.

Cloud Engineer:

Ability to collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions; will educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives

Hands-on engineering and implementation experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.

Potential Salary: $113,000.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
