Provides basic support and problem resolution on installing, supporting, upgrading and maintaining hardware and software for clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting with application installation, usage, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining software applications to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Training end-users and providing input to development on user experiences.
Providing technical support and assistance to sales and marketing.

The Technology Cyber-Security Concentration within Information Technology (IT) offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and the ability to experience and gain exposure to many facets of our organization. As a Technology Associate in the Early Talent Rotational Program , you will have the opportunity to utilize academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges for a mission driven asset management organization.

The Cyber Security Concentration is focused in a variety of areas including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Business Information Security, Engineering, Architecture Cloud, and Operations.
Individuals in this track can look forward to exciting and diverse roles where you can be at the forefront of Threat Intelligence and Detection & Response. You will ensure applications and platforms within the TIAA environment adhere to strict security standards.
Your skills would further develop as you focus your talents in providing critical support in Strategy & Security Log Orchestration, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response.
You will be a part of a team working with application/platform owners to apply security controls within the respective applications. Other duties include, but are not limited to, managing user access within centralized applications in queue format, educating end users regarding security protocols and properly requesting access.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree
Graduation date between August 2021 and June 2022
Must have participated in TIAA’s 2021 Internship Program
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cyber-Security, Engineering and/or Operations Management, and any other STEM-related degree
Data: Tableau, SQL, Robotics, Machine learning
Analyst: Jira, Archer, MS tool Suite
Proficient ability to research, process information, document findings, and communicate decisions and thoughts
Desire to continuously learn and stay current with technology trends
Desire to continuously learn and implement professional development skills
Willingness to embrace change and collaborate to foster team success

Potential Salary: $65,500.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
