The Associate Experience (AX) Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for the management and execution of various projects and detailed-oriented activities in support of our Associate Experience strategy. This person will report directly to the VP of Associate Experience, and will facilitate the execution of various AX initiatives across multiple lines of business, and foster meaningful cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholder groups across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Immerse yourself in the concepts around Employee (Associate) Experience

  • Assist with the ownership and rollout of our hybrid work strategy called Work for My Day (WFMD):

  • Become a SME on our WFMD initiative and related workstreams

  • Create resources and facilitate activities to support the Change Management plan, including maintaining a list of FAQs and coordinating enterprise-wide Q&A update sessions

  • Managing and supporting key bodies of work, as needed

  • Manage and facilitate adoption activities to support the recent launch of our People Pledge, our newly introduced two-way commitment between the company (TIAA) and our people

  • Help manage multiple small Associate Experience projects, including two pilot projects in various business areas and potentially the additional pilot of a technology-based experience solute

  • Maintain a list of key data points, metrics, etc. for each effort to show progress throughout the year

  • Assist with ad-hoc requests and help slice/aggregate data to support AX efforts

We are in search of a Project Manager/Business Analyst to assist with our Associate Experience (AX) projects and related activities.

This person will report directly to the VP of Associate Experience, and will be responsible for managing various AX projects and assisting with ad-hoc experience improvement requests and/or data requests. This person will also assist with the rollout of our hybrid work strategy (Work for My Day), including, but not limited to, the creation and facilitation of resources and activities to support the initiative's change management plan. This person will also help with the activities needed to support the recent launch of our People Pledge, which is our newly introduced two-way commitment between the company (TIAA) and our people.

In particular, this person must be able to manage projects effectively, while also digging into the details of each effort and presenting them to various stakeholders. This person will assist with large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives like Work For My Day, and will also help with smaller pilot projects that are specific to individual teams. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will also be asked to assist with smaller BAU activities, like the creation of FAQs, the coordination of Q&A enterprise events, and the creation of and analysis of data and metrics to ensure adoption of solutions.

The person who fills this position should have strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence. This must be someone who requires little oversight and direction and is able to translate a high level request into the smaller sub-requirements that are needed to complete the overarching ask.

Prior HR experience is not required, but the person who fills this role must be able to demonstrate the skills mentioned above.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise-wide people programs and projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 7+ years of experience in managing enterprise-wide people programs and projects

Minimum Pay: $78.14
