KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Technology Risk Associate
The role is responsible for supporting the Risk & Compliance Issue Management Program and providing appropriate governance and challenge to ensure execution of program requirements for CS&T and mitigation of risk to the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide 2LoD Challenge for rating of issue criticality and linkage to the RCSA Risk and Control Programs.
Highlight issues at risk of missing expected target date and escalate as appropriate.
Provide the 2LoD Challenge of Action Plans to ensure that planned actions will fully address control gaps or breaks.
Provide exception related reporting to identify risks related to the Issue Management Program requirements and coordinate with 1LoD risk owners to address.

Potential Salary: $79,200.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
