TIAA is seeking a Business Analyst for their End User Services’ (EUS) organization in Charlotte, NC office. This position will beresponsible for documenting EUS’s Knowledge Management and related business processes in order to identify optimization and process redesign opportunities. This position will also work with various stakeholders in order to understand operations that impact the EUS organization to qualify/quantify opportunities and identify which groups would be impacted by proposed changes.
Actively and consistently supportefforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Research, review, and analyze theeffectiveness and efficiency of existing Knowledge Management (KM) and relatedEUS processes in order to define current business activities and gaps in orderto develop strategies for enhancing these processes
Perform a cross-functional rolebetween EUS and stakeholders that supports EUS business process improvementopportunities
Identify trends and occurrences indata and translate findings into various mediums including text, charts,graphs, tables, etc.
Develop, standardize, and maintainnew or improved KM and related EUS processes and procedures based on findingsand analysis and document using tools such as Microsoft Word, Visio, etc.
Manage the process review andsignoff of new methods and procedures, including testing and roll out ofprocess improvements that impact EUS
Communicate process changes,enhancements, and modifications, verbally or through written documentation, tomanagement, peers, staff, and other employees so that process changes,benefits/value, and solutions are understood
Two(2) years relevant experience regarding practices and procedures for analysisof businessperformance and impact related tointernal customer-facing end user services
Six (6) months experience using MSOffice Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Six(6) months experience performing analysis and presenting findings to alllevels of stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Management Information Systems, or Business Administration
Experience handling medium to complex andcross-functional IT solutions
Ability to collaborate with team members, datateams and other business contacts
Abilityto multi-task and prioritize
Strong written and verbalcommunication and presentation skills
Abilityto learn new methods and technology
