KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role can be located on our TIAA office in Charlotte, NC, Lewisville, TX, Denver, CO will be currently remote.
Job Description Summary
Team supports the contact center with their data, operational reporting, and workflow applications/web portals.
Responsible for designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting ETL data feed processes. Develops ETLs from databases, files, and web APIs using PHP and Python to transform data to a reporting database and data reports. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, restore services and perform root cause analyses. Ability to analyze complex SQL queries. Opportunities to work with web development, data analytics, data visualization, and data mining.
-5+ years of SQL experience, writing complex queries
-5+ years of Oracle, SQL Server, mySQL, Teradata, and/or Hadoop database experience
-3+ years of PHP experience
-2+ years of Python experience
-1+ years of Pandas library experience
-1+ year of Git versioning control experience
-Experience with Docker containerization
-Experience with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
-Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
