KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Financial Services Consultant
As licensed professionals our consultants exemplify all TIAA corporate values. They deliver excellence in customer service through continuous improvement processes focused on participant experience and help achieve financial results. Consultants operate through interdepartmental collaboration and act with the highest degree of integrity in both client and employee interactions. They engage our clients by providing financial education through in-bound phone calls in one of our National Contact Centers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Leveraging multiple resources to educate clients through insightful conversations and providing exceptional options to customers and communicating all details of TIAA retirement Plans
Educating our clients to help retain and increase assets by referring to business partners when appropriate.
Collaborating across the organization to drive continuous improvements
Responsible to educate and provide service to client only but not advise
No Experience Required
University (Degree), Preferred
- SRC Indicator: Series 6 or 7; Series 63
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
For candidates who are partially licensed, your start date may be delayed
Candidates with SIE may be eligible for a $1500 bonus
Customer Service or Sales experience preferred
Hours of operation are Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time
