The Real Estate Asset Management Operations Technology Product Manager is responsible for driving the end to end product, data, solution design and integration strategies to support the growth and transformation of technologies to drive Nuveen Real Estates asset management operations. In execution of the strategy, the Real Estate Asset Management Ops Technology Product Manager will be an agent of change throughout the organization. They will drive innovation, thought leadership, and bring best in class solutions to Nuveen’s Real Estate asset management teams across the globe. Special focus will be on cloud based/SAAS technologies, global applications and data solutions,

investment decision support platforms, as well as client and investor reporting capabilities

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Tech and Data

  • Accountable for defining and owning product strategies, outcomes, and delivery execution for technology and data solutions across asset management operations.

  • Develop and implement an ambitious technology and data roadmap leveraging new technologies and innovation to deliver services globally.

  • Perform industry analysis to identify opportunities. Generate, evaluate and execute on ideas for new products and product enhancements.

  • Define critical success factors and constantly measure/evaluate to inform strategy and prove effectiveness of driving business outcomes.

  • Raise the awareness & adoption of the products through thought leadership, enthusiasm and consensus. Generate excitement and buy-in for the technology and data outcomes quickly, addressing barriers to success.

  • Partner with colleagues across the enterprise and with external vendors to deliver best in class solutions - measuring success in terms of adoption, usage, improvements, andindustry recognition.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in technology/product management in Real Estate technology

  • Program, risk, and change management experience.

  • Experience building roadmaps, project/release plans with a strong understanding of aligning back to company level objectives & key results (OKRs)

  • Experience in Real Estate investment, asset management operations & proptech.

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate technology.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and to build solutions that answer those questions

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering or computer science or technical discipline)

  • Experience with software coding, data analytics and data visualization platforms is a plus.

Potential Salary: $153,100.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
