Lead Cybersecurity Ops Specialist
The IAM Core Operations Services Team Lead Cybersecurity Ops Specialistâs primary function is to define, enhance, and implement security controls and access models to adhere to security standards in accordance with industry best practices.Â
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Handle operational issues and drive key improvements to reduce manual workload.
Drive direction and collaborate with partners to implement new security solutions.
Assist with centralization of new platforms to be managed by IAM by providing governance, aligning to our privileged access model , and lifecycle management processes.
Participate in adapting IAM controls to future technologies.

5+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management
Experience leading IT related projects/efforts
Experience implementing multi-factor authentication solution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in and guiding a team-oriented and collaborative IT environment
Experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint IdentityNow
IBM RACF Mainframe experience
Experience working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
Experience implementing a Single Sign On solution
CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault experience
CyberArk Application Identity Manager experience
Splunk experience
Knowledge of implementing a privileged access model for a platform or application
Experience with Service Now, Sailpoint, Tableau, Powershell and other scripting languages

Base Pay Range: $92,000/yr. - $153,400/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).Â
