TIAA Sr. Business Management Analyst - CS&T OCAO in Charlotte, North Carolina

Manage the strategic direction and improvement of our day-to-day master schedule and of all meeting cadences, due dates, tasking, metrics, and deliverables for the CS&T OCAO office, and the annual roadmap.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyzing enterprise and marketplace tool to determine the best tool(s) to acquire to manage our schedule, meetings, metrics, deliverables, and corresponding workflow.

  • Capturing the business rules and requirements needed per deliverable and capability.

  • CS&T OCAO Microsoft Teams Site – leveraging the site to build-out other prioritized capabilities.

  • Draft deliverables and communication that will go to CS&T and TIAA executive management. Work with business partners, to complete tasks, ensure alignment, and manage our goals/outcomes.

  • Drafting artifacts such as guidance, job aids, standard operating procedures, PowerPoint briefing decks based on process refinement.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Small-scale project management experience managing matrix teams

  • Financial services industry experience

  • Prior experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)

  • Business Process Modeling notation (PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Ability to analyze how changes impact the larger scale operating plan, artifacts, deliverables, schedule

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to tell the story – synthesize analysis and prepare effective presentations in a concise and clear way

  • Robust partnership and collaboration skills

  • Focus on continuous improvement and governance, with an eye for touchpoint management and automation

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands

  • Experience supporting a large organization


Base Pay Range: $69,400/yr. - $115,700/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
