KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provides marketing expertise and guidance for the selection, design, development and promotion of new or enhanced products.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Monitoring the marketplace, while paying particular attention to direct competitors, to assess product trends and results in order to recommend new products or features for the organization.
Developing and designing the features of a designated new product or enhancement to address an identified market need or opportunity.
Planning and leading the promotional efforts for new or enhanced products, including both internal and external marketing, advertising, communication, and training, and relationship building activities.
Monitoring business results of recently introduced or enhanced products and recommending modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results.

Experience with launching digitally focused product offering.
Experience working on cross enterprise strategic initiatives
Ability to create strategy from synthesizing information from disparate processes, platforms, regulatory environments
Demonstrated experience in the creation and organization of presentations and spreadsheet based models (Microsoft applications)
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration among partners
Strong analytical skills
Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Individual will lead the design and relaunch of a digital/hybrid managed account offer and will have ongoing product management responsibility for solution after it is launched.
Minimum Pay: $90,900.00
