TIAA Sr. Director, Wealth Onboarding & Foundational Training in Charlotte, North Carolina

Wealth Training Manager

The Senior Director, Wealth Associate Onboarding and Foundational Training role is responsible for overseeing the onboarding and foundational training programs for Wealth Management associates. This role involves providing leadership, direction, and accountability to ensure the successful execution of wealth training initiatives. The Senior Director will also build and maintain strong relationships across TIAA lines of business and provide ongoing data and reporting related to speed to proficiency metrics for wealth associates.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain overall responsibility for the wealth management associate onboarding and foundational training programs.

  • Lead and provide clear direction accountability to an integrated team to ensure the successful execution of wealth training initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across lines of business to support training and development efforts.

  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge in TIAA wealth management products and services.

  • Possess the ability to facilitate training across a variety of wealth topics

  • Provides ongoing data and reporting to the field related to speed to proficiency results for advisors with less than 24 months in production.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training programs and implement changes as necessary to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

FINRA Registrations

  • SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66; Series 24

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $150,300/yr. - $190,400/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
