TIAA Sr Engineering Leader - CIAM in Charlotte, North Carolina
The Sr Technical Lead is responsible for leading analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications or systems software including both systems analysis and programming or configuration of packaged products created by third parties. While working as a thought leader within the department, this job recommends operational strategies and plans that have direct impact on results. This role also influences business decisions made by leadership.
Proposed Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develops strategy and roadmap for delivering innovation and automation while analyzing detailed business requirements and specifications for the application.
Configures internally developed applications and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages.
Plans application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
Maintains relationships with clients while communicating with IT and business management and monitors prompt response and support for technical issues.
Receives activity and progress reports regarding applications systems analysis and programming sections Lead process improvements, cost reduction efforts, tool development to improve the software development and support process in a way that reduces complexity, improves service, and reduces cost.
Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

5+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and Implementing IAM solutions in a large scale complex environment.
2+ years of hands on experience with Ping suite of products – Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory
Thorough knowledge of IAM concepts like SSO, Federation, Role Based Access Control(RBAC).
Deep understanding of IAM protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, SCIM and Kerberos
Preferred hands on experience implementing Ping products in a cloud environment.
Experience in CI/CD process is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Experience in defining future state roadmaps for security platforms.
Experience in System Admin and / or Application Development.
Potential Salary: $174,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
