Senior IT Product Manager
The Lead Systems Analyst job serves as the primary contact for customers, managers, and stakeholders and acts as the internal consultant and lead for enterprise wide technology solutions. Under limited supervision, this job performs data-driven analysis of specific business areas and develops technology that ensures organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Leads system testing and coordinates the project development lifecycle.
Aligns technology applications with internal business units and improves operational processes.
Troubleshoots complex business problems and analyzes and interprets data with business and technology teams.
Provides technical support to the systems analysts team and coordinates technology implementation.
Defines technology solutions that maximize efficiency and align with established standards and technology roadmaps.
Meets with business stakeholders and identifies technology application needs.

Looking for a reliable Senior Product Manager who will organize product development and ensure high ROI. Duties will include translating ideas into strategy and features.٫Following product development from start to finish. A successful candidate should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. Candidate will be actively working with Application-Dev team of Service-Now & CMDB, providing requirements, tracking the progress, and operationalizing the constructs or entities. Will also be working with various internal stake holders, product owners and consumers of the Market-Place platform.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage all aspects of Marketplace product, including customer feedback, requirements, day to day managements and issue tracking and resolution
Translate product vision and roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and user acceptance test criteria
Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products
Engage with multiple stakeholder groups to understand the demand, establishing road map and key milestones.
Partner extensively with engineering teams and any other internal team involved, to deliver product roadmap and drive feature implementation.
Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users
Partner with various stakeholders to better understand their problems/challenges and work together to deliver required solutions
Perform product demos to customers and develop trust and relationships
Conduct product training to help customers understand and implement the product
Expand and efficiently manage the Infrastructure services through platform.
3+ years of experience in a Senior Product Management role, working directly with product development, engineering and design teams to build software products
Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
Ability to conduct user research and competitive analysis, and synthesize user needs into product priorities and specifications
Experience establishing work relationships across various stakeholders
Strong organizational٫ leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
Superior organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related experience.
SAFe Product Owner / Scrum Master certification
Experience with the “Service Now” platform
Knowledge of SQL, query databases queries – work with CMDB and data repositories
Tableau or another standard reporting system – design and managing the reports and visualization
Product marketing experience
Graphic Design experience (Illustrator/Photoshop)
Software Development skillset (and managing the application developers)
Potential Salary: $108,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
