Sr Lead Data Analyst

The Sr. Lead Data Quality Analyst is a key member of the Data Quality team who will perform data collection, research and analysis of Data Quality issues in support data quality issue remediation for multiple areas at TIAA. The Sr. Lead Data Quality Analyst will have a deep understanding of data issue management and be able to work collaboratively with an internal teams and business partners to maximize resolution of data quality issues.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Leads the identification and research of data quality issues.

  • Leads the collection of data, researches business issues based on hypotheses and directions.

  • Leads analysis of information and provides results to help data quality team derive trends, conclusions and recommended solutions.

  • Collaborates with data quality team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommended remediation actions based on the analyses.

  • Develops presentation materials to socialize the impact of data quality issues across TIAA


  • 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

  • University (Degree), Preferred

Potential Salary: $166,000.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
