TIAA Strategic Partnerships in Charlotte, North Carolina

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.

This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.

The anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.

Strategic Partnerships

This Strategic Partnerships role is a high-visibility role that will manage external relationships and viable partnerships that strengthen our brand, promote TIAA as an employer of choice, and increase our visibility and access to diverse talent pools. This associate will collaborate with leaders across the enterprise to integrate business initiatives and priorities into partnership executions. In addition, the role manages the department infrastructure, including event management processes, partnership evaluation, measurement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage external partnerships opportunities to innovate and broaden brand exposure, awareness, and diverse talent pipelines.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize partnership opportunities.

  • Serves as external representative for affinity partnerships - evangelizing and advocating the TIAA brand.

  • Partner with other Strategic Partnership roles to streamline and standardize partnership activations, and innovate partnership initiatives to launch new program strategies and evolve current programming.

  • Consistently track and analyze partnership activation to identify success toward department and business goals, and to inform and evolve program development and recruiting strategies.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
