Vendor Portfolio Assoc IV

Performs the day-to-day activities related to the Enterprise Vendor Program Office (EVPO) process and operations to monitor vendor risk and program compliance for assigned area. Assists business partners in completing program activities across the vendor portfolio and provide performance oversight for all vendor lifecycle phases to ensure program compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports the standardization of the vendor management framework and promote a culture of vendor risk management within the first line business units.

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.

  • On a day-to-day basis, assists with the implementation of processes and manages the identification, measurement, and monitoring of vendors.

  • Contribute to procedures and policy development.

  • Performance and oversight of day-to-day the enterprise vendor portfolio lifecyle activities for risk assessment, due diligence, monitoring, issues management, and termination.

  • Provides analysis and support for effective vendor risk mitigation.

  • Provide support for the the identification of emerging risks and trends that could impact program.

  • Identifies areas for ongoing process improvement.

  • Serves as SME within assigned area to support and train business partners and stakeholders.

  • Ensure quality of data input into the vendor management systems.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience with vendor risk or operational risk management, audit, or compliance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline

  • Masters / Advance Degree in business, legal, or other related discipline

  • Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Experience with Coupa Risk Assess system preferred

  • Knowledge of third party and risk management processes and methodologies preferred

Essential Functions:

Potential Salary: $90,100.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
