Our brand department is looking for a junior designer who will be part of our global design team, operating as the company's internal agency, serving clients throughout the entire organization. As a member of our design team, this position offers great variety - from designing ads, web assets, landing pages, print collateral and conceptualizing creative recommendations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of creative experience, effective web design and print knowledge and an understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Assistin developing concepts for a wide-range of projects, including ads, e-mailcampaigns, social media postings, web banners and print collateral designs.
Workwith the global marketing team to maintain a unified look across print andweb pieces for multiple business units.
Collaboratewith the design team to develop new concepts.
Interactwith internal clients.
Minimum1 year of experience in a graphic design role
Bachelor'sdegree in graphic design or related field.
Understandingof design principles in both print and digital formats.
Understandingof HTML and CSS coding, as well as responsive web design on both desktopand mobile platforms.
Experiencein Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Acrobat usingmacOS.
PowerPoint,Word and Excel knowledge a plus.
Financialexperience a plus.
Experienceworking within a digital asset management workflow a plus.
