Brand & Advertising Senior Marketing Producer
A customer-focused, high-performing marketing expert capable of working within a matrixed organization to fulfill marketing campaign strategy and execution needs (from campaign development through execution) in support of Brand & Advertising marketing strategy teams/teammates.
This person will drive planning and deployment for aligned campaigns and programs and partner and advise the Brand & Advertising team in developing and delivering customer-oriented solutions on time and within budget.
This person will be involved with brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, leading the development and execution of brand and advertising campaigns and ensuring the Brand and Advertising objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Partner closely with the Brand & Advertising team to develop and execute marketing programs, campaigns and/or projects.
Serve as relationship manger within sub-segments of aligned marketing strategy team-Brand & Advertising team.
Promote connectivity and alignment across other enterprise initiatives.
Take ownership of executional planning and deployment phases of the campaign lifecycle.
Influence campaign strategy – learning agenda, messaging strategy, channel selection.
Work in tandem with marketing strategy to translate campaign strategy into executable deliverables, including but not limited to test design, creative direction, data requirements, tracking and measurement requirements.
Work across the enterprise to develop and manage to integrated project plans and calendars to ensure proper alignment to business goals as well as overall brand and business objectives.
Serve as campaign-based point person for external and internal creative agency – leading creative development efforts.
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward shared deliverables – Direct and/or virtual team leadership skills, working within and across teams.
Navigate marketing delivery landscape to engage the right partners at all proper milestones.
Set expectations with and provide regular progress updates to key constituents -- Promote and maintain consistent communication between the team, stakeholders and partners.
Communicate deliverables to and manage schedules for marketing partners and creative suppliers and internal Center of Excellence teams. Follow up at all levels as needed to ensure deadlines and expectations are met, escalating where necessary.
Manage reports and necessary project documentation – Facilitate workflow management tool activity and downstream review tasks
Partner with marketing strategy team to build and deliver. program/campaign awareness and readiness materials, where appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of TIAA brand standards, products, services, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain a strong knowledge around assigned. products/services/audiences served and business objectives.
Deliver a consistent, professional client and customer experience.
Be a leader or influencer around program metrics and tracking – ensure tracking measures are in place and post campaign results are delivered.
Lead strategic programs for Brand & Advertising partners where needed (e.g. program content overhaul, new program development, cross-team programs).
Offer guidance and support to partners in self-directed efforts.
Serve as a peer coach and or mentor in support of developing team members.
Drive campaign/project scalability and repeatability within programs to optimize resource consumption.
Promote cross-team awareness and understanding of assigned programs with teammates and communicate needs for support and/or opportunities to support teammates with excess capacity.

Three plus years of experience in Brand Strategy
Three plus years of experience in Campaign Management
Strong degree of knowledge with industry project management tools relevant to performance & reporting – building project plans, dashboards, etc.
Prior advertising agency experience a plus
Ability to independently orchestrate multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
Demonstrate a high degree of mastery over Campaign and project management concepts
Ability to connect programmatic campaigns and projects to the bigger picture
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong ability to consult influence and negotiate
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong understanding of operational data, measurement elements and marketing test design/methodology
Significant understanding of the marketing processes throughout the campaign lifecycle
Experience with strategic planning
Substantial knowledge and understanding of the creative process including creative development, for digital media, email, direct mail, fulfillment, and other current marketing channels
Mastery of assembling simple to complex project plans in support of campaigns and programs
Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to plan, oversee and lead projects from ideation through completion and manage several moving parts simultaneously
Ability to analyze and manage project risk
Operate with high degree of executive presence
Potential Salary: $95,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
