TIAA Network Operations Engineer - Cisco ACI in Chicago, Illinois

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Senior, Network Engineer

Provide operational support for Cisco ACI and other related data center network services, including routing, switching and segmentation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and monitor the organization’s technology architecture ad play a leading role in the vision and development of the company’s future technology.

  • Ensure the infrastructure installation and upgrades are made in accordance with established policies, procedures, and software licensing agreements.

  • Identify, implement, and monitor best practices for technology architecture, while providing expert advice on core infrastructure initiatives

  • Interpret software requirements, design software architecture and performance modeling.

  • Provide senior level guidance on operational issues related to Cisco ACI and other data center network infrastructure.

  • Work with other teams (network security/firewall, load balancing, App/Dev) as required

Qualifications

  • 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

  • University (Degree), Preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level

7IC

Required:

  • 3 years experience working with Cisco ACI

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Cisco CCNP (Data Center) certification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Pay: $86,100.00
