KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Project and Program Management

The Program and Project Management job organizes, plans and controls resources and processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under limited supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage small to moderate sized projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.

  • Drafts the estimates of costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.

  • Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.

  • Provides updates to management regarding the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.

  • Resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.

  • Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

  • Works with outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

  • 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

This position is open across the US and preferred work locations include but not limited to the following: New York, NY; Charlotte, NC; Jacksonville, FL; Denver, CO, Lewisville, TX; Chicago, IL

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of Real Estate Technology experience (ex: IWMS - Integrated Workplace Management System, CAFM - Computer-aided Facility Management, etc.)

Desired Experience:

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience researching technologies as it relates to real estate and market trends

  • Experience with workplace applications

Potential Salary: $110,300.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
