TIAA VP, Relationship Manager, Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) for Nuveen in Chicago, Illinois
Provides to engagement teams / clients on a consulting basis, breadth and depth of functional expertise, oversight and support for Organizational Change (Org Chg) planning, analysis, solution development and presentation.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provides advanced expertise to engagement teams in leading the identification, understanding and framing of complex Org Chg problems.
Leads advanced planning, analysis, solution development or presentation for the most complex or sensitive Org Chg engagement components.
Mentors, coaches and educates senior consultants regarding advanced Org Chg consulting knowledge, services, practices and techniques.
Identifies, recommends and guides development of advanced Org Chg consulting services, practices and techniques.

- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
- 5+ years of program management, consulting or strategy/process design experience, of which 3+ years would include ID&E rated work.
Strong asset management acumen and/or work experience
Effective relationship building skills for partnership with area executives and leaders, board members, employees, stakeholders and COEs.
Program management experience for a complex and unpredictable and leanly-resourced project portfolio.
Strong analytical and communications skills evidenced through high profile and impromptu public speaking and written communications, plus keen EQ insights.
Effective relationship building skills for partnership with EC, ELG, LOB executives and leaders, board members, associates, stakeholders and COEs.
Frequent business travel including internationally (once in-office work resumes)
Experience with co-building and executing upon complex strategic planning with related metrics and accountabilities.
Experience with workforce training, analytics, business area scorecards and dashboards, including I&D metrics focused on representation, mobility, equity, inclusion, branding and talent management and acquisition.
Strong consultative, communications and influencing skills with LOB EC, ELG and senior business leaders, plus COEs and company clients; strong analytical skills evidenced through public speaking and written communications.
Potential Salary: $192,500.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
