Private Wealth Distribution Advisor Consultant
The Divisional Director will lead a team of Advisor Consultants across all channels to build relationships with financial advisors with a focus on building sustainable organic growth through both virtual meeting settings and in-person engagement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develop a deep overall understanding of the organization, the key pillars, and the investment philosophies and processes of each of the affiliates and the various strategies across Alternatives, Equities, Fixed Income, and Responsible Investing.
Development of Advisor Consultant team to ensure our sales team represents Nuveen by actively engage in coaching of the Advisor Consultants during virtual engagement, field travel, weekly business review calls, quarterly and annual reviews, and one-on-one discussions to maximize their talent.
Build strategic relationships and deliver value-add presentations to the regional and local leadership of our partner firms to ensure Nuveen is positioned for long-term success.
Collaborate with sales leadership by identifying key industry trends and corresponding opportunities within partner firms.
Manage the day-to-day responsibilities within the division including budget and expense management, utilization of the CRM system, and strict adherence to compliance.
