Working Student Opportunities:

• Investment Memorandums : Help create investment memorandums.

• Research & Analysis: Dive into industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development.

• Presentations & Proposals : Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.

• Enquiries : Respond to questions from external and internal business partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic Excellence: On track for at least a 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent).

• Interest in Investment Management : Preferably within Real Estate.

• Communication Skills : Outstanding written and verbal communication.

• Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills in a team environment.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to grasp investment theories and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Microsoft Office Skills: Experience with Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.

• Financial Modelling: Experience with financial modelling practices is required.
