Head of Wealth Sales & Solutions Coaching
The MD, Head of Wealth Sales and Solutions Coaching reports to the SMD, Head of Wealth Sales Enablement and is responsible for overseeing the strategic coaching plan, client engagement process, and leading a team of market coaching leaders that provide coaching and learning to Wealth Distribution client facing associates. This role requires an understanding of wealth solutions, business objectives, as well as clients' unique objectives as identified through the client engagement model. The role requires highly proficient leadership and coaching ability. Also, the role will have a critical partnership with the Retirement Sales & Product Coaching team to further develop and embed an effective referral model to drive wealth penetration for in plan clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provides strategic direction and vision for conducting practice /feedback sessions related to value proposition, value statements, relationship calling, client discovery, presentation skills, overcoming objections, partnership engagements, asking for introductions, etc.
Oversees the strategy and development of streamlined coaching and training plans for Wealth Distribution leadership and coaching teams to work with their teams on meeting/exceeding the comprehensive needs of their clients.
Liaise with key partners to develop and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Support ongoing training needs for wealth associates. Work with Retirement Sales Excellence to ensure a consistent client experience.
Monitors competitors and peer organizations to stay abreast of emerging trends in the wealth/ financial services industry and uses this information to secure the competitive position of the organization.
Oversees the strategy and development of product proficiency, tool proficiency and adoption, and client engagement coaching plans for Wealth distribution client-facing associates.
Supports the education of client-facing teams on the distribution of comprehensive solutions within the client engagement model.
Identifies and integrates a broad opportunity set of influences to drive productivity and adoption amongst the organization's client facing associates and leadership.
Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives, and to foster the engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Base Pay Range: $190,400/yr. - $287,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
