TIAA Strategic Delivery Leader in Frisco, Texas

As part of this transformation, our Global Infrastructure Services organization is seeking to hire Strategic Delivery Leaders.
Each role will own and be accountable to drive strategic, enterprise impact integration initiatives for multiyear projects/programs. This role will report to the Strategic Delivery, Infrastructure Leader within Global Infrastructure Services (GIS).
This role will deliver business outcomes through project/program management efforts. The position will interface with both internal and external stakeholders, informing, driving, and inspiring efforts related to the Global Infrastructure. This team will also be involved in implementing necessary changes from Project Management to Product Management models for infrastructure delivery attaining multi-year transformation goals. This position will also have accountability to outline adoption strategies for specific assigned initiative and establish goals.
This role as a team leader establishes and implements project/program management strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with organization objectives. This role will collaborate with both internal and external business leaders to understand their business requirements and develop short to mid-term (1-3 years) plans that optimize the technology project/program management initiative and successfully manage the assigned projects for Global Infrastructure Services (GIS).
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Acts as a day-to-day technical/functional expert in assigned area and makes decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
Monitors technical resources (matrix) teams and directs the allocation of resource requirements necessary to ensure projects are successful and that targets are achieved.
Provides advanced technical and analytical guidance to project team members.
Influences the development of strategic improvements through analysis of progress and performance against set targets.
Ensures a consistent project/program management framework is established, continually enhanced, and applied across business organizations.
Monitors the assigned project (s) and approves the allocation of resources necessary to ensure projects are successful and that targets are achieved.
Ensures that all project/program management policies and procedures, limits, and guidelines are adhered.
Reports to Strategic Delivery Leader on issues and updates regarding strategic project/program management results.
Implements project/program management strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with the organization’s objectives.

Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar-like Information Technology role within a financial services organization.
Preferred:
Demonstrated recovered of managing a project/program.
Experience with the utilization of MS Office 365, Atlassian Confluence.
Experience developing detailed project plans, operating strategies, or procedures.
Ability to collaborate with others to resolve issues/concerns.
Ability to negotiate sensitive/complex matters with stakeholders.

Base Pay Range: $126,300/yr. - $210,600/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
