The Strategic Delivery role for Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) establishes and implements project management strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with the organization's objectives. This job leads multiple teams that are responsible for supporting enterprise strategic initiatives from an Infrastructure perspective. This role collaborates with key stakeholders across the enterprise to understand the IT infrastructure support and capacity required to meet changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Represents Global Infrastructure Services to internal clients across the enterprise a key stakeholder in strategic initiative projects.
Oversees the performance and direction of technical project teams and the allocation of resources to ensure projects are successful and that targets are met.
Implements project/program management strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with the organizationâs objectives.
Provides advanced technical and analytical guidance to project team members.
May report out to Senior Executive Management and Board of Directors on issues and updates regarding strategic project management results.
Ensures strategic project management policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed project teams.
Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional service and engagement, motivation, and development of the team.

Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum of 8+ years working in Information Technology
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â 7+ years in the financial services industry
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Leadership experience and a proven ability to build consensus and collabora tive relationships to produce successful outcomes
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Demonstrated expertise in interfacing with diverse stakeholders, developing and implementing process improvements, and team building
Base Pay Range: $195,000/yr. - $325,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.Â In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).Â
