Jr. Digitial Designer
Digital Designers work with our creative and marketing teams to create and evolve various programs and campaigns spanning all media with a focus on digital media including paid and organic social, banner ads, etc. The position will collaborate with partners through all stages of a project and provide design expertise to ensure that projects are on target, on time, within budget and brand. Additionally, Digital Designers will be encouraged and expected to stay on top of the latest digital design, marketing and technology trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Creates marketing, sales and advertising materials while working closely with marketing team members
Designs sophisticated and professional collateral with a focus on digital media
Ensures designs are within brand, best practice, timelines, budget and project requirements
Strives to create an optimal client experience
Collaborates with writing partners to optimize content for design, medium, and space limitations
Participates in strategic planning discussions with internal and external partners
Impacts the future state of all public facing digital presences
Identifies opportunities to streamline creation of digital communications while maintaining consistency and quality across the platform
Displays keen awareness of the digital space and overall experience across digital properties Qualifications

- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent experience in in similar field such as internships or work experience highly preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including vector, photo/raster, and layout applications highly preferred
Digital media best trends and practices
Typography and layout skills highly preferred
General knowledge of HTML5 for dynamic web banners or proficiency in Adobe Animate highly preferred
Print layout and production knowledge highly preferred
Portfolio of work highly preferred
Photography and Illustration skills
Email design and development
Potential Salary: $35.05 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
