This position supports the organization's global Salesforce.com instance. This job is responsible for supporting the organization's global distribution teams by managing user requests, enhancing user experience, providing user training, and managing data integrity of the platform. This job assists in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive customer satisfaction and reduce risk. This job also is responsible for activities associated with ongoing enhancements and integrations, including business requirements, documentation, testing, and training.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Performs application configuration and customization (managing pick lists, developing workflows, etc.), including testing and evaluation, to ensure quality and consistency.
Performs user support to analyze and resolve simple to complex application issues.
Drives user adoption of Salesforce and ensures that users are able to navigate the application.
Manages and maintains data within Salesforce to ensure data adheres to data standards.
Recommends and implements data quality processes and provides sign off on data-related changes.
Identifies gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
Partners with IT to design and document solutions to bridge the gaps, and provides detailed business requirements for Sales force.com developers.
Develops, documents, and executes test plans to assess business processes.
Assists and advises Technical Architects on design decisions, both within Salesforce.com itself and other connected applications.

Be a key member of the global agile Salesforce product team
Reporting to the Global Salesforce Product Owner
Work directly with frontline business users (our customers) as well as other stakeholders and integration partners to identify needs/requirements/enhancements based on day to day sales enablement activities, current pain points and supported business processesÂ
Working within an agile setting as well as possess related skills such as story writing, research and backlog maintenance
Meeting individually with users as well as presenting to groups and leadership stakeholders, identifying day to day needs and translating them into user stories for future development consideration
Deep Salesforce knowledge to enable proactive identification of how best to leverage technology to solve business issues
Partner with product owners, business and IT teams to develop business requirements into user stories to be prioritized for Salesforce development and implementation
Continuously engage with the business, technology, and other key stakeholders to stay informed, nurturing strong and trusting relationships
Perform Salesforce administration activities including but not limited to application configuration, reports & dashboards and providing end user support as necessary.Â
Contribute to ongoing refinement of the team backlog, constantly collaborating with customers and the team to ensure customer needs are represented as complete user stories
Help identify organizational impediments and work with the leadership team to create effective strategies to overcome them

Required Qualifications:
Three plus years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, business analyst, or in a related field
Three plus years of experience in SAFe Agile delivery methodology and design thinking. SAFe PO/PM certification is a plus
Three plus years of experience in a sales environment with thorough knowledge of sales processes and applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Finance/Asset Management setting is a plus
Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Advanced Administration or Salesforce Sales Consultant certifications are a plus
Excellent technical abilities, effective analytical abilities, verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge and experience (or a keen interest) in CRM and sales enablement tools.
Experience discerning business requirements and mapping them to both business processes and tool
Experience working in technology or in close engagement with technology
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with team members, technology partners, leadership, and other stakeholders
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of software development
High degree of comfort working in a fast past environment
Strong project management skill and experience
strong communication skills
Potential Salary: $105,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).Â
