Sr CLO Quality & Process Specialist
The Commercial Lending Operations Quality & Process Specialist Sr. (QPPS) job provides support for the Vendor Equipment (VEF) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) organizations and works with all Commercial Lending Operations (CLO) functional Areas to support the CLO management systems. This position measures, monitors and analyzes the internal control and process health thus will have a significant impact on the efficiency and risk profile of the Commercial business. In addition to supporting CLO management systems, the QPPS provides outsourcing support to all CLO functional areas and is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for technology, new hire orientation, operations, policies and procedures, as well as job role specific training.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manages and supports Commercial Lending Operations (CLO) management systems by creating process maps, analyzing workflows and tasks, leads development of AOE and RQA trackers, conducts routine audits, and identifies opportunities for organizational/process improvement.
Works directly with the organization’s subject matter experts to gain information needed to create comprehensive training programs. Coordinates subject matter expert participation in training delivery when necessary.
Prepares the monthly Commercial Lending Operations Oversight deck
Assists in creation and maintenance of CLO policies and procedures.
Assists in identifying emerging risks and trends (internal and external) that could potentially impact the goals and objectives of the Commercial Business.
Designs and develops KPI, KRI and performance dashboards that support the first line of defense.
Ensures reporting processes are well controlled and documented. Identifies and supports process improvement activity, report automation and standardization of data and metrics.
Tests processes to verify controls; develops and implements required corrective action to strengthen controls.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of training, process analysis and/or continuous improvement experience
Technical writing experience (training, process maps, procedures, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Facilitator/Training experience in the financial services industry
Experience working in financial services—Commercial Leasing/Lending is desired
Skilled in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Sharepoint
Experience with process automationtechnologies
Process thought driven
Manager of people and/or experience presenting to internal teams/customers
Experience leading analysis and process Improvement efforts to gain improvements

Base Pay Range: $91,900/yr. - $153,100/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
