TIAA Sr Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting in Jacksonville, Florida
As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.
Provides expertise and leadership in financial planning, budgeting and expense management for specific business units.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing operating budgets with and for various departments to support organization's expense management goals.
Designing, preparing and distributing expense reports tracked against budget expectations.
Working with various departments to assist with their expense management strategies and procedures.
Working with junior staff to help them develop their expense management awareness and budget planning and tracking skills.

University (Degree), Preferred

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
- 5 Years Experience Accounting and/or Corporate Finance Required
7 Years Experience Accounting and/or Corporate Finance Preferred
Board and Executive Financial Reporting Experience Preferred
CPA or MBA Preferred
Experience in Banking Industry Preferred
Accounting or Finance Degree Preferred
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages for Bank Senior Management and the Bank’s Parent
Prepare annual financial statement disclosures
Will have direct contact with Bank CEO, CFO and Executive Team
Lead strategic projects within the finance organization
Prepare ad-hoc requests from Executive Bank Management, TIAA Corporate and TFS
This role is open across the US
Minimum Pay: $81,900.00
