TIAA Sr Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting in Jacksonville, Florida

As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.

Financial Planning/Analysis

Provides expertise and leadership in financial planning, budgeting and expense management for specific business units.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparing operating budgets with and for various departments to support organization's expense management goals.

  • Designing, preparing and distributing expense reports tracked against budget expectations.

  • Working with various departments to assist with their expense management strategies and procedures.

  • Working with junior staff to help them develop their expense management awareness and budget planning and tracking skills.


  • 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

  • University (Degree), Preferred

  • 5 Years Experience Accounting and/or Corporate Finance Required


  • 7 Years Experience Accounting and/or Corporate Finance Preferred

  • Board and Executive Financial Reporting Experience Preferred

  • CPA or MBA Preferred

  • Experience in Banking Industry Preferred

  • Accounting or Finance Degree Preferred


  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages for Bank Senior Management and the Bank’s Parent

  • Prepare annual financial statement disclosures

  • Will have direct contact with Bank CEO, CFO and Executive Team

  • Lead strategic projects within the finance organization

  • Prepare ad-hoc requests from Executive Bank Management, TIAA Corporate and TFS

This role is open across the US


Minimum Pay: $81,900.00
