Bank Web Marketing

The Bank Web Marketing role is responsible for leading the design and implementation of digital strategies focused on website design and web publishing to build and sustain the firm's digital presence and to increase revenue and profitability. This role manages a team responsible for the development of best-in-class web experiences with the objective of transforming digital marketing channels into a strategic asset for engagement with clients and prospects across the firm.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Leads the strategy and implementation of the Bank's website to build and sustain presence in digital channels and to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Provides direction to the entire web life cycle from strategic planning, features and functionality needs, to roadmap and backlog development and prioritization to improve brand awareness and increase revenue.

  • Ensures client and prospect engagement through building meaningful experiences across web properties aligned to business strategies.

  • Liaises across marketing and technology and prioritize initiatives based on business and client impact.

  • Communicates to executive leadership regarding efforts to develop and implement website strategies to grow presence in digital channels.

  • Oversees the web properties and publishing budget, provides insights on the return on investment and identifying factors impacting sales, costs, and profitability.

  • Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of high quality digital marketing strategies and engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Web strategy experience including working with teams to design and publish websites

  • Experience with applying best in class tracking and web measurement strategies

  • Website testing and optimization experience

  • Experience working with marketing and IT partners that integrate web strategies with other marketing and digital programs to drive growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a team

  • Experience with scenario planning and modeling

  • Hands on banking website management

Base Pay Range: $155,000/yr. - $258,400/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
