TIAA Money In Motion Outreach Manager in Lewisville, Texas

Responsible for leading a team of Outreach Consultants who work in partnership with TIAA’s advice partners. Outreach Consultants proactively contact unengaged TIAA clients through proactive and reactive leads to introduce TIAA’s advisory services. The outreach consultant’s primary function and responsibility is to contact unengaged clients and introduce TIAA’s advisory services through multiple lead sources. Lead sources include: business partner referrals, marketing & product campaigns and regional specific initiatives that include Plan Level Events.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversight for Compliance of Supervisory Policies/Procedures and teams

  • Adherence to FINRA, SEC and state Insurance Department regulations

  • Oversight, coaching, development, performance management and other supervisory tasks of a team of licensed and registered Retention and Engagement Consultants

  • Ensure team’s quality interactions with existing and prospective clients

  • Responsibility for IAOC consultant’s accuracy of information and advice through regular and consistent review of Call Reviews, 1:1’s, training and team meetings.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

FINRA Registrations

  • SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 24

Licenses and Certifications

  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Series 7 and state licensing

  • Series 24 preferred, or obtained within 120 days

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to effectively manage and develop a high performing team to meet business goals while maintaining solid internal business partner relationships

  • Proven experience working effectively with Continuous Improvement and project management

  • Proven experience in coaching and career development

  • High level understanding of financial planning industry

  • Detailed knowledge of TIAA products and services, as well as competitor’s products and services

Base Pay Range: $81,900/yr. - $136,600/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
