The Automation lead role based in London will work closely with the global automation team based out of USA and India to support all development activities and help provide technology cover across time zones for any critical issue. The primary role would be of a Sr technical member for the team to oversee the implementation, design and review the configuration of various low code and no code solutions.

The role will be responsible and accountable for robust technical solutions being delivered by the engineering team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Technical Leadership for our workflow and automation workstream, championing our enterprise automation and workflow strategy from technology to demand management.

• Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions that meet business needs in financial industry.

• Collaborates with information technology (IT) and business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end technical solutions.

• Performs complex coding to written technical specifications.

• Oversees Tests on the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans.

• Implement SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices and ensures system and applications have efficient and actionable monitoring with SLO aligned business goals.

• Analyzes run time profiles to debug errors that may exist and performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.

• Solves complex defects that arise through own work or the work of others.

• Manages large application development and software processes.

• Stakeholder Management, including c-level executives.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

1. Strong educational background in computer science with experience in building complex systems that meet the customer's needs.

2. Experience in workflow management, case management and automation solutions of complex multi-touch environments.

3. Experience in implementing Low Code/No Code solutions using industry best practices.

4. Proven Experience in building scalable, fault tolerant and secure systems.

5. Strong Experience in implementing DevOps in a mission critical environment.

6. Working Experience with Agile methodologies and fast release cycles

7. Familiarity or Experience with Unqork will be a huge plus for this role.

8. Development experience with awareness for caching, transaction management, threading, concurrency, performance tuning, and application-level monitoring

9. Global Stakeholder management across geographies and time zones.

10. Passionate about technology and innovation
