Nuveen Investments Client Service Analyst - US Wealth in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Client Service Associate I will partner closely with teams in product, distribution, operations, technology, shareholder services and others (including 3rd Party Transfer Agents, Fund Administrators & Outside Counsel) to deliver an outstanding client experience to intermediaries, advisors and end-investors in our alternatives products. This team also oversees and administers onboarding and support for Nuveen’s Employee Investment Program. As part of Nuveen’s global distribution efforts for Wealth and Institutional clients, we are focused on growing our alternatives product offerings with US Wealth clients. To support this effort, we are creating a team within our Global Client Services organization dedicated to the onboarding and ongoing servicing of wealth platforms, advisors and end-investors in these products and strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the Nuveen Sales team in the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients in the US Wealth Channel including interfacing with Transfer Agent, Fund Administration & Accounting, Nuveen Compliance and Legal, Dealers, Wirehouses, Custodians, Intermediaries, etc

  • Provides support and leadership for fund closings, corporate actions, shareholder transactions, capital calls, customer statements & account updates, shareholder tax forms, etc in the US Wealth Channel

  • Continually learn and demonstrate knowledge of customer service and operational nuances required to support Alternative investment products in the US Wealth Channel

  • Administers the Nuveen Employee Investment Program by coordinating fund closings and communications, maintenance and organization of membership data, partnering with FinTech providers, etc

  • Frequent written and oral interaction with internal and external organizations, including clients in the US Wealth channel and Employee Investment Program

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

FINRA Registrations

  • SRC Indicator: NRF

Physical Requirements

  • 3+ years of client servicing experience

Potential Salary: $98,300.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
