Analyse, define, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements for development and deployment of target state products, processes and technology while working with stakeholders.
Articulate and document end to end business process flows for Nuveen ecosystem.
Perform impact analysis to determine functional, technical & operational impact and clearly communicate with all functional teams.
Expertise in Investment management system that support mastering securities, investment book of record, trading and settlements like Eagle, Simcorp, CRD or alpha data platform.
Carry out defect analysis, prioritisation of fixes and verification of production functionality
Support planning, tracking, and reporting of progress of requirements delivery including production verification and testing of functionality
Implement a process for continuous improvement, lower costs to serve and improving margins
Develop and deliver scalable solutions that can be applied to clients and the business
