Senior Specialist - Program Management - IN

The role will be performing a non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation to delivery. They coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.

  • Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles, adapting approaches as necessary to meet project requirements.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Business case , Project Charter , project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Excellent exposure in Implementing reporting and automation solutions using Power BI and Power Automate to streamline processes ( Essential )

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders and recommending corrective actions as needed.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accurate, including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Stay informed on the latest developments in cloud infrastructure and apply basic knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

  • Possess great presentation skills

Tools Knowledge : JIRA , Clarity , Power BI , Power Automate

Qualifications:

  • MBA / bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 7 to 15 years of experience

  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

  • Proficiency in implementing Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and automation using various data sources

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, Agile Certification or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and acumen to learn new tools / technologies

  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

  • Previous experience in developing Power BI Reports and Automations using Power Automate
