Sr. Data Analyst, Marketing
Obtains, organizes, analyzes, interprets, and reports market-related information to determine market potential of a product or service.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Participating in primary marketing research and secondary marketing analysis associated with product launch and new product development.
Utilizing and developing expertise with specific methodologies and business issues for: advertising effectiveness, reach and frequency of promotions, field force strategy and negotiation support.
Conducting qualitative or quantitative research for market positioning, such as pricing, market assessment, or promotional and advertising research studies.
Analyzing marketing data, interpreting it for brand impact and reporting to management on implications for key products and services.

- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Three plus years in a position which has included extensive marketing analytics and strong quantitative analytical skills
Three plus years of experience working in marketing analytics functions across consumer and/or financial services
Three plus years in a background in analyzing omni-channelexperience-building/tracking and relevant efforts
Three plus years of extensive experience with marketing optimization tactics such as media mix modeling and multivariate testing
Three plus years of knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as DOMO, Tableau, and others
Three plus years of experience with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Three plus years of experience with the ability to digest and explain complicated analyses to non-technical teams
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field preferably
Experience working in one or multiple verticals & industries (B2C, B2B, Consumer, etc.)
Demonstrate experience as a visionary with the drive to build a team
Python, SQL, SAS and other relevant languages preferred
Potential Salary: $97,600.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
