Job Description:
Churchill is looking for an Analyst to support the Underwriting & Portfolio Management Team in all aspects of the deal process including deal structuring, due-diligence, and post-investment portfolio management. The ideal candidate will be very entrepreneurial and a strong self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects with limited supervision. The Analyst plays an integral role in the firm’s operations and is an active member of deal teams assembled to work on specific transactions.
Responsibilities include:
• Financial analysis and modeling
• Investment due diligence including extensive market and company research
• Risk identification and analysis
• Portfolio management
Requirements:
• Excellent analytical, financial and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; establish effective working relationships with teammates
• Clear, concise, and quality oral presentation skills
• Balancing thoroughness and efficiency of work
• Quality of final written product; ability to effectively summarize key points
• 1-3 years of investment banking, credit underwriting or leveraged finance experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
Potential Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary on internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
