Nuveen Investments AVP, Americas Institutional Client Marketing in New York, New York
The Associate Vice President, Americas Institutional Client Marketing, is a member of the Americas Client Marketing team which works to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies supporting Nuveen's institutional distribution across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. The AVP, Americas Institutional Client Marketing will demonstrate an understanding of institutional investors and be able to successfully work with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive key marketing initiatives. The Americas Institutional Client Marketing team is part of the Global Institutional Marketing team which is responsible for the global acquisition, development and retention of institutional clients. This position will report to the MD, Head of Americas Institutional Client Marketing.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Help develop and execute the go-to-market plan for the Americas with close global coordination and collaboration to ensure a holistic marketing approach
Manage and execute differentiated marketing campaigns and journeys that help grow brand awareness and client engagement. Include A/B testing to refine approach and drive results.
Collaborate with the Americas institutional and consultant relations teams to understand segment objectives and interests
Work with event marketing team as needed on sponsorships and proprietary events
Be a strong partner to marketing colleagues (demand generation, brand, design, content, events, digital and product marketing) to bring best thinking to marketing initiatives and ensure proper alignment of resources.
Manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time and on budget.
Partner with demand generation and data analytics team to analyze campaign data vs KPIs. Communicate results to internal stakeholders
Represent the voice of the institutional channel on cross-channel initatives to ensure thematic and product content is relevant and appropriate
Educational Requirements

- 5+ years financial services institutional marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years financial services institutional marketing experience strongly preferred

Track record of executing marketing initiatives with measured results
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, deadline driven environment
Test and learn mindset and desire to innovate to drive results
Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization
Base Pay Range: $91,900/yr. - $153,100/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
