Head of Marketing Web Properties & Publishing
As Global Head of Marketing Web properties, you will lead our marketing websites and web publishing across the TIAA Enterprise (e.g. TIAA, Nuveen). You will shape the strategic vision, purpose and experience across all marketing properties aligned to our client engagement strategy. You will lead the development of best-in-class web experiences to achieve the objective of transforming this channel into a strategic asset for engagement with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Drive client and prospect engagement through building meaningful experiences across our web properties aligned to our Go to Market plans
Manage the entire web life cycle from strategic planning, features and functionality needs, to roadmap and backlog development and prioritization
Work with Client Marketing and Brand & Demand Generation teams to scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and client impact
Lead with a data driven mindset that tracks and measures usage to enable insight driven decisions in partnership with Marketing Analytics
Drive personalization strategy across marketing properties to driver greater engagement with clients through our web experience
Initiate/drive qualitative web experience assessments to improve outcomes on web properties
Responsibility for Search Engine Optimization across properties
Continue to enhance our web publishing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with technology and digital organizations to drive an effective development program
Champion a Product oriented culture for all marketing web transformation programs and inject best product management practices
Partner with Brand & Demand Generation, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Technology teams to maximize value from integrated platforms leveraging scalable data models
Collaborate to define relevant customer touch points including websites, mobile websites, mobile applications, etc. through participation in the creation of user flows and user experience requirements
Define opportunities to simplify client experience across web properties and beyond

Eight years of web and digital leadership roles
Eight years of experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team including designers, developers, business partners, and compliance to successfully deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment
Eight years strong knowledge of usability and customer experience principles and techniques for mobile and web information architecture and design
Eight years proven track record of driving client engagement through web properties and a deep understanding of how web sits alongside other traditional and digital channels to drive conversion
Eight years’ experience working in a start-up style environment, where rapid iteration is encouraged
Ten years of web and digital leadership roles
Ten years of experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team including designers, developers, business partners, and compliance to successfully deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Fluent in English with a strong ability to present to and influence senior management
Financial Services experience strongly preferred
Experience in a highly agile/scrum environment
Customer Experience knowledge of differentiated global markets
Experience with Adobe and/or Sitecore CMS capabilities
Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, and a well-established understanding of mobile usability
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Outstanding ability to think creatively
Motivated self-starter who is able to work independently
Team player with solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver effective oral and written communications
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience working in a global, cross-functional team is a plus
Minimum Pay: $184,590.00
