Infrastructure Mgr
The Infrastructure Manager manages a team of professionals responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. This job meets end user needs by overseeing that uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of computers are within established operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Champions solutions, improvements and best practices to increase operational efficiency and lower operating cost.
Ensures that capacity workload modeling and availability analysis is performed for a variety of platforms and environments.
Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.
Develops team members through reasonable, effective performance development plans, technical training opportunities and stretch work assignments.
Manages professionals responsible for designing, deploying and providing support for the domain in support of key business requirements.
Develops and executes the engineering and operational roadmaps for domain services.
Leads the identification, implementation and monitoring of best practices for technology architecture, while providing expert advice on core infrastructure initiatives.
Advises senior management on project, operational, and strategy risks and opportunities along with corrective action plans when required.

The Technology Change Management Process Leader defines the process objectives and mission for Enterprise TIAA. Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment to optimize process design. Reports KPIs and communicates performance using tailored dashboards. Identify, plan and manage process improvement opportunities from planning and to execution success by delivering frameworks required for successful changes. Leads from the front a team of diverse Subject Matter Experts. Ensure the use of technology-based systems and processes to ensure scalable solutions that are compliant with TIAA Policies and Standards.
Lead change management across TIAA with focus on delivery agility and quality
Testing and promoting to production the Change Management framework and practices in close collaboration with stakeholders in accordance to Policy, Standard, Procedures
Support existing federated change management adoption across all strategic priorities
Executing change in close collaboration with Release teams
Proliferate the Change Management control Procedures across the enterprise
Coordinate the implementation the ITSM strategy, roadmap, resourcing and business cases to drive and deliver objectives
Reduce Incidents caused by Change by working with leadership to properly characterize Risks associated with Change
Agilely adapt to market transformations to support new initiatives with automations
Hold process users accountable by implementing formal Change breach protocols
Ability to balance the delivery of programs against a defined budget against resources
Anticipate trends through persistent education in future technologies and adapt / incorporate them to ITSM organizational plan
Highly developed presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Politically savvy collaborator and consensus builder with a track record of bringing people together around a common cause
Experience in CMDB, ServiceNow, Tripwire
Base Pay Range: $135,200/yr. - $225,300/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
