Senior IT Quality Analyst
Develops and evaluates equipment and processes to improve the safety, reliability, and maintainability of products and systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Planning reliability tests and conducting analyses of field failures while developing and administering reliability information systems for failure analysis and performance improvement.
Identifying quality or service related issues. Reporting and communicating them to other departments and prioritizing as required for containment, correction, and prevention.
Conducting or coordinating root cause analysis and reliability testing; analyzing and communicating results and recommendations.
Leading internal audit projects; conducting the implementation of inspection techniques and providing training and coaching to others.

Additional Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
- University (Degree)
3 or more years of IT Quality Analyst experience
2 or more years of test automation experience using selenium
2 or more years of testing experience with Quadient, Exstream or similar tools
Knowledge of Java, Junit /TestNG, Cypress
Experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins, Gitlab
Experience with Agile/Scrum
Potential Salary: $105,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
