Sr Associate, RE Governance and Ops

The Investment Governance and Operations team support commercial real estate investment activities across the platform.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support property and asset management operations among all sectors within Nuveen Real Estate Americas

  • Oversee external third party property management firms including establishing and managing adherence to Nuveen processes

  • Collaborate cross functionally with Asset Management, Accounting, Legal and various shared service groups within Nuveen

  • Perform operational reviews on selected properties on a regular basis

  • Assist in managing the process related to budgeting and forecasting

  • Define, implement and revise property operational procedures and policies

  • Assistance with reviewing requirements related to internal and external regulatory reviews


  • 2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred

  • University (Degree), Preferred

Minimum Pay: $100,800.00
