Analyst - Dev Ops - IN
The role is involved in the full life cycle of an application and work closely with clients and team members to understand the stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
They possess an understanding of CI/CD processes and are responsible for the design and implementation of applications’ build, release, deployment, containerization and configuration control and management.
Other responsibilities include working with partners to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing/updating solutions, building and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, managing operations, and training and fixing operational issues.

Position Summary: Reporting to the AI COE/CTL Lead, this role focuses on full-stack development and operational support of cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications while ensuring robust security, scalability, and reliability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with security-first approach (DevSecOps) Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution for production issues Create and maintain technical documentation and artifacts Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and feature development
Technical Skills Required:
Cloud & Infrastructure:
AWS services (IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Linux system administration
Development:
Frontend: JavaScript, ReactJS
Backend: Node.js, Python
RESTful APIs design and implementation
Version control with Git (branching strategies, versioning)
DevOps & Security:
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Electric Flow)
DevSecOps practices and implementation
Access control and authentication
System dependencies management
Monitoring & Analytics:
Splunk
AWS CloudWatch
Performance monitoring and optimization
Log management and analysis
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
Ability to create technical documentation
Required Experience:
2-4 years of relevant full-stack development experience
Proven experience in cloud-native application development
Track record of successful incident resolution and root cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certifications
Experience with microservices architecture
Contributing to open-source projects
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Impact: Direct impact on application reliability, performance, and security through development and operational support activities.
